You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@emeraldbu.xyz. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial contact, either party may pursue formal legal action.
These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Emerald Built Environments, LLC regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
